1. Introduction

use the App to create multiple accounts.
use the App to impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
use the App to post or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, or that violates the rights of others.

5. User Content

The App may allow you to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content, including but not limited to text, photographs, and videos (“User Content”). By making any User Content available through the App, you grant to Cipher Digital Developments Ltd. a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the App and Cipher Digital Developments Ltd.’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

6. Termination

Cipher Digital Developments Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the App, with or without notice and with or without cause.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Cipher Digital Developments Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cipher Digital Developments Ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Apps or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Apps. You expressly agree that your use of the Apps is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cipher Digital Developments Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Apps or any content or information provided on the Apps.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
